30-Day Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your Virela Glide™, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
- Items must be in original condition (used items are accepted if the product is defective).
- Email hr@virelaco.store with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hr@virelaco.store within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund — your choice.
